The Terex Titan 33-19 is a giant electric mining truck that was manufactured by Terex Division of General Motors in the 1970s. It was the largest and most powerful mining truck of its time, standing at a height of 22 feet and weighing over 350 tons. The truck could carry almost 200 tons of material at a time, and its powerful electric motor could drive it at a top speed of around 37 miles per hour. It was powered by two diesel engines, each of which had a capacity of 1,700 horsepower. The Terex Titan was used in mining operations around the world, particularly in open-pit mines where large quantities of material needed to be moved quickly and efficiently. Today, the Terex Titan 33-19 is considered a classic piece of mining equipment and several examples are preserved in museums around the world.
